Help with recipes...plenty chemicals la but can only find concentration mixes not per gallon

Also if anyone has any great recipes to follow...I have jack's hydro, jack's calcium nitrate...calcium chloride, potash of sulfate ,map, and mkp, and epsom along with fulvic, humic, neptune's seaweed, grotext silica, tribus as well
