Help with room size

I'll be building 3 rooms and wanted some advice on size of rooms and equipment.

Flower room I plan on using 2 of the 600/750 gavitas with some t5 lighting around the outside. What size room would be ideal for this idea? Fan size for extraction I was going to go with a 10" or 12" that has a built in speed control. I don't want to use a/c if I can use my fan or even 2 if need be.

Veg room I was thinking of 1 600/750 gavita and 1 t5 for seedlings and clones. Again what size room would I go with and what size fan?

Last room will be a drying room. How big would be needed and fan size?

From my old memory you want 50 watts per square foot.

Really its about usable space and how much extra room to work you want. Those gavitas cover 4x4 each. I'd be cheap and use a 1000mh for veg and that space can be as big as 6x5. You won't need a drying room. Pantry sized space maybe 3x3 is plenty to dry.
