I was just out looking at my girl's and a couple of the leaves have these weird black spots and what looks like milk dried up on a few of them. Any ideas?

did you scope the black dots,might be bugs,but im thinking shit from bugs,i seen your pic's yesterday and the white spots look like bird poooo,scope the black dots and see if its larvae with a jewlers loupe

• I have scope them and it's not living it has the look of molasses but it doesn't smear it chips more like a hardened plastic. I've never seen anything like it before
