Hermaphrodite? Should I remove these? Just to be sure

Hi guys!

I've got 3 plants and I've noticed at least 2 of them could be hermaphrodites. I've been reading, and since hermaphrodites run the risk of pollinating themselves they should be tossed. But since they are my only plants, I've also read that you can remove the pollen sacs by twisting them to be safe. But first I wanted to make sure these are in fact pollen sacs by asking you:

If it was me, I would remove the entire plant. It doesnt look good, and it's a herm.

If you want to try to get something out of it, remove all the banners and hope you got them all. You most likely wont, and will have seeds. It's not looking good man. Is this an auto?

Yes, they are pollen sacks/hermed. As mentioned removal is your only hope. Good luck but go easy on the nutes!
