That is a male flower, and it will cause some pollination if you don't either remove the flower or the plant.
If you don't remove the plant, you'll have to watch it closely, which becomes a pain in the ass. Unless it was a special plant, for some reason, I'd sacrifice it.
Late in flower, if you get a nanner or two popping out of a bud, just tweeze them out and finish the plant.
One or two of these must have popped in my last grow, giving me a seed or two in every bud in the tent. Not a big deal, but no one wants an exploding joint or bowl.
