First time here!! Thank you for having me!!
I am in need of some advice....at the end of week 3 and I have 1 seedling out of 5 from the same source that the leaves are canoeing....
This is an outdoor grow, and I have not given them anything but water when the plants feel light.
What is this?

it looks like it needs some lime. don't quote me yet tho. You mentioned you haven't given her any nutes yet...so in my experience that light green coloring indicates you are low on lime in soil...I used dolemite in my soil to help that..however...I found a better solution....if you use Mycorrhizae for the roots you wont have too much trouble with ph balance or lime deficiency and it feeds the plants when they are really young so no need to use nutes for a couple or few weeks.
Welcome
