Hey growers, my plants have purples roots

Hey guys I’ve been and checked on my plant today, and noticed it had purple roots and lower fan leaves and yellow and dry, I water once a day but not sure if it’s enough, does any one know why this may be happening
I’ll add some photos please look and pics of average temp and humidity too

What do you mean by purple roots? What's the white specks on one of the later pics?

I'm not seeing any major issues. Those yellow leaves, particularly the single, first true leaf, are nothing to worry about.
