Hey guys, so I leave for Florida tomorrow at 7 AM, and I don’t get back until Friday at 8 PM. My predicament is that my plant is basically all done. I’m running in a DWC 12 gallon. My question is should I for the next four days just have her being flushed and when I get home chop her or should I chop her now and let her dry for the four days I am away or is at to long of a dry time.

My other option would be is to refill the bucket with more nutrient water and let her just take in whatever for the next four days and then when I get home flush her and then dry but I’m not sure she needs an extra four days of nutrient water

Thanks everyone for your input!

If she’s done, chop and hang

If she’s done then chop it.
Just make sure your drying set up is dialed in and won’t need any babysitting.
60F and 60% rh is kinda the gold standard…..so I’d shoot for as close to that as possible.
It’s been my experience that hanging (until dry) before trimming is better in every way, except one, that being the ease of trimming.
I’ve done it both ways and the dry trimming resulted in A longer dry, which is better and a noticeable difference in the smell and overall terp retention.
It is a pain in the a$$ to trim tightly once it’s dry, but I think it was worth it….IMO.

Here’s a pic of her right now, ya I’m thinking chop also. Having the room at 60f and 60rh might be a tough one but I can try lol

But would 4 days be to long of a dry time?

I don't see much amber on your trichromes. It might be too early. Thanks for the closeups. But don't listen to me I'm a novice myself. I just don't see much amber on the buds themselves.

To early I would agree 4 days to long; no
If you dry them that fast they won’t be that nice i leave mine to dry for about 12 days
If you cut it now it will have a weedy taste
Can’t you rig something up so it ok while your away
