Why is some leaves like this the middle one I have a few look like that it’s like ripples in the leaf is that normal?

No transpiration issue... possibly overwatering or high humidity.

Another reason why it scared me tomorrow I’m repottion them then waiting a week and I’m starting flower and I’m scared to start flower if there’s a issue
