it occurs to me i forgot to do this so...
hello
sup fellow pot heads.
thank you mr chuck schumer!
the sun shines a bit brighter today as the world starts to make a tiny bit of sense

anyone build their own lights?
i bought a handful of 100w warm white cobs.
the cheep 36v ones on ebay.

now i see theres some 12v 50watt grow spectrum cobs pretty cheap.
i saw a utube where the guy compared test grows side by side and the warm white
plants did better than the grow spectrum pink ones.

has anyone seen the warm whites in a 12v? i'm talking about big watt models
not the tens. i know those run at 8-12v.
the cob LED form factors are changing alot.

I built a led light some summers back. LED was the craze. But I was burning 6500k for veg and 2700k cfl for the finish. Led was still a little out of my wallet. So over a period of about six months I wheeled and dealed ebay for parts for my own. Bought eight e27 sockets, eight 28w (3w actual) 28 led lights, you know the one's, little shot glass sized aluminum fin cooled all spectrum bulbs, some wire, clip connectors and voila my first led. Cost me 20 and some change bidding o the bay. It's in my grow now supplementing uv and far red reptile lights. Built on Grower. We gots to get the buds home. Peace and all good fortune in your grows. Hey man those 3M tap connectors are great, but would rather see the business end of your light, lol.

May I make a suggestion? Place the temp/rh gauge at canopy height, smack dab in with some tops, or under the lights for a more accurate readings.
