Not sure, but most insects eat from the under side of the leafe. Can you post a picture of the underside?

If it’s just that leaf it’s someone taking a taste. They probably didn’t like it and moved on. Very common for a few leaves per plant getting tasted. I’ve had plenty and never had an infestation over 15+ years.

Could be a leaf hopper, a tiny grasshopper, thrips...

Outdoor plants get chewed on. Nothing to freak out about.
