im looking for a higher end bubbler for oil. ive been looking at mobius with the matrix perc but i dont want someting thats going to make my errl lose its flavor really. my buddy has a SB that he uses for oil and i works great. he also has a medicali but when i smoke flower the medicali kills all of the flavor. my point i guess is i dont want something over perc'd to the point that it diminishes the smoking process. i do want to occasionally smoke flower out of it but for the most part it will be a oil piece. im looking to spend 400-500. that is not including a dome and nail and all that jazz. just looking for a baller 500$ oil rig. like i said i really like the look of the stemless mobius with the matrix perc. but i know there is being alot of really creative and smart smoking devices these days. any ideas of some good name companies that make good quality glass will be great. not looking for anything huge, as it will be for oil. dont need a bong. already got those covered. spread the toke!

looked at them and they look sick! i dig the clean look of mobius a little more but the functionality of the toros might be a little better? can anyone compare drag? how does it stack too?

Dont get me wrong the mobious bubblers are nice, but as far as being high end...... Toros are more high end. Kind Creations in fort collins colorado does custom work.... i would check them out, I would call tho they'er web site blows.

are you set on a dome? why not a hmk curve? some of these are a bit pricey. i'm in the same boat as you, looking for a sick oil rig. i want a lot of work so i'm willing to pay a bit more. really i just want a recruit so bad.

hell yea man mike fro is the shit!!!!! he might be hard to find but Alex I, or Alex Inwood does some sick worked shit also.

im not completly set on a dome. have nothing against the curves just figured if i got a micro bubbler i could buy a screened bowl and use it for bho and flower. just seemed like it would be the easiest to change between the two.

You want a Toro Micro. I have the froth perc. There are I believe 3 basic models. They are perfect for oil without over percing and great for flower use as well.

A micro is around $350 and there are many with a little work done on them.

If you are serious about BHO you would never really smoke flowers from your oil rig. Flowers soil the water and the pipe in a bad way. BHO is always best smoked from a dedicated rig/pipe/bong/piece/something.

The Toro Micro Macro is what im looking to pick up, if i could find it. I would settle for the Micro though..

Snowblind, do you know where i could find either of these online ?

I just bought my second Toro micro. Got a macro with it too.

The first one had a disc perc. I broke it nye. Happy!(note sarcasm :) )

My new one has a horizontal stem perc.

I loved the last one and I love the new one. Both were $400.

Same as you, flowers once in a great while, 98% of the time, concentrates only.

I won't smoke flower out of my oil rig, it makes your peice taste like flower. I would rock a dedicated oil rig!

clean your rig once in a while, and you certainly won't have to worry :)

but we all know this already.

get a toro!!!!

Toro is very hard to find online. Aqualab puts some up every so often but it sells out very fast.

Keep checking Aqua Lab or Boro Market! Good Luck!! I would try Boro Market! Great site if you are into glass!

Even if your local headshop carries them, even in cities like la where there's several head shops that carry em, it's still really hard to find some types of toros, especially if you're looking for something that's got ANY work on it. There are some cats around with too much scrill and a crazy obsession with jp's work and they're willing to fork over thousands before these things are even blown! How can you compete? ya just gotta keep lookin, took me about 3 months to find one I wanted/could afford, and I make reg trips to la and sd, and live around the corner from aqualab so I think I got lucky on mine...

Yes you have to pay to join Boro. Try to get an invite its way cheaper to join. The site is well worth joining if you are serious about glass. They charge money to join to help weed out fake trolling members.

heres a set i made ,intended for oil use only,,pin comes out for use of a dabber,the matching dish for the oil,and rig to smoke,all to match,,thanks for looking and i would go with a micro toro from those two choices,peace LEAR

The illadelph glass gallery off of melrose ave in la had a ton of micro's last time i was there, a few weeks ago...give em a call
