is it me or does any1 else things hightimes just sucks now i have been a fan of this magazine ever since my brother used 2 by them but in the past year they use the same ass pictures and say the same old stuff that mag has really gone dow in my opinion:character0110:

I like Skunk for grow info, but it seems most all MJ mag articles are just advertisement anymore. Hardly any useful info.Remember the days of diy articles man I miss that. Treating Yourself is really good, I learn something every issue, but in a more scientific way. Like treating my add ends up I been treating myself for years.HA ha ha

I agree that high times is terrible anymore. Its too commercialized. Its just all about the money with them. I hear danny danko is a pretty cool dude, but the rest of em are shmucks. I heard they kept some peoples entries for their last cup for personals. shady shady shady.

My vote is for treating yourself. I still buy High times.

If it wasn't for Jorge's articles it would be a tough read, seems to be geared for wannabe's than experienced growers. I like Weed World mag as europe seems to be more cutting on indoor growing than us. We have the genetics, they have the tech experience. Isn't the world better when we work together as one big growing farm.

I got to agree with the post. HT, has gone down hill. Every since they made the short switch to the grow magazine and then back to their normal HT magazine. I also agree, that marco's TreatingYourself magazine is great.

One magazine i really and truly miss is Head Magazine. Man, was that a great magazine. I loved their articles and pictures. Had a surfer/skater feel to it. The day they posted they where going to online magzines. I knew it wouldn't last. I would love to see them come back one day, but I won't hold my breath.

I won't buy a HT, unless someone from the Farm is in it for a article or maybe a picture. Nothing like the old issues.

Heads was a great mag.
I loved the comics.

Yeah, High Times has a lot of advertisement in it, making it so commercialized. I do enjoy the pics and some articles about buds. Treating Yourself is a great magazine..very informative. Despite it all, I still love reading anything that is about marijuana.

HT started to go downhill in the late 80's early 90's - it was a fun mag and had its day, now I only buy it if somebody I know is featured.
