Any decent business would of apologised for the mistake and said keep what we sent you by mistake and we will send you what you paid for.
Clearly you are not a decent business.

I never received anything . He had the package sent back to himself using package intercept. I spoke to the post office , was done by him. He prob sent out an empty box and was buying time .

This is y some of us love the farm! Just try to do the right thing, y can’t people just do the right thing! I just gave away almost 2000 in labor cuz a new employee quoted a job wrong- I didn’t go back and redo I sucked it up and took the hit!
Customer loved the work and felt bad, got 3 more jobs from friends and family ! More than made up for the mistake . Long story - point was KARMA will either hold ur hand or kick ya in the nuts ! Lol
