Right now I only have enough for a ppm meter or some cal mag which should I get I say cal mag

Did you get one that's calibratable? Sorry I should have mentioned it sooner.

I use a blue lab truncheon. No calibration needed still working almost 6 years later. Seems to need cleaning more often now.

But it is not accurate like a digital readout meter. just gets you close enough.

Functions the same as other ppm meters just the readout is different. Can't see how it would be any different of course quality varies from product to product.

One thing I've learned about testing is never trust the testing equipment without verification. I have seen super accurate and life long testing equipment fail countless times when I was in QA in the railway

It has lights that flash at every 100 ppm (500 conversion) and but it shows all the conversions. I really only read ec.

No maintenance but batteries lat last me a year at least and cleaning off the contacts with a scrung pad and some bar keepers friend detergent every week or two.

Yup just the display is different and probably the quality of the probes. Tests the same way

I assume the probe quality is top notch. It is designed for heavy greenhouse use. Its waterproof. You can leave it in the bucket to come to temp then when it stops flashing just dip it again for the reading.

It reads the same mixture i used for years the same as always as long as its clean.

Could be heat or wind. I can't remember your setup and parameters. Gentle breeze is all that's needed. Don't needed direct airflow on the leaves

Blue bucket seems fine but she isn't as high any suggestions

I adjusted to where fan is blowing on canopy but blowing heat of light out of tent out if that makes sense I'll check in on it every so often

I wouldn't worry to much about it but you could always put something under the bucket to raise it up.

You don't want the fan pointed at them. If you point it just over then it will create passive airflow throughout the canopy. I have one above and one below creating like a cyclone type of airflow. And the exhaust fan will pull the mixing air up through the canopy and out. If I had only one fan I would choose to put it on the bottom to keep CO2 mixed well

Yeah you don't need a ton just enough to mix the air and provide flow through the canopy. As the canopy gets more dense you may need to adjust
