Holes and dying of leaves?

See image below. This outdoor plant started getting yellow leaves that turn brown and curl up. I also noticed tiny holes in the leaves. This is a plant a grower was going to throw away and I wanted to salvage it. It's growing in western MA. Should I be worried or can I just harvest this? If so how soon? I am an absolute newb so appreciate any info thanks!

Looks like you have a bad bug issue. As for harvesting, I think it’s way too early for a NE harvest. Can you take some better pictures? Good Luck!!

pest issue.. how bad? don’t know
you got to keep it clean, like all those dead leaves stuck in there and any leaves completely yellow.. any other plants too close?.
