Hi everyone, I’ve been a long time reader but just made an account today. I’ve learned quite a bit from reading posts since I got started. My question is regarding adding a solenoid valve or motorized valve right after the pump. (Leader Ecojet 110)
I don’t have a main controller and I don’t really need one. This is the only valve I need which needs to be controlled (added assurance for preventing siphoning)
My pump is going to be on a timer, (Niwa grow hub). What I’m wondering is it possible to wire the solenoid directly to the leader pump internal wiring. That way when the timer turns the pump on, the valve also opens and vise versa.
