I was hoping someone could help me identify my problem as I cannot seem to find anything online, My plants were growing great, but I have developed a problem, the leaves are turning brownish and white mostly on the upper part of the plants. My plants are in sunshine mix #4, I dose Gaia Green all purpose fertilizer once every 4 weeks, and epson salt, Gaia Gypsum, Gaia Rock dust every 2 weeks. Plants are in cloth pots, one is in a 5 gallon and the other is in a 10 gallon. I test my ph of my water and it comes up at 6.5-6.8( before I water not the run off), testing with strips.
My ph pen broke but I ordered a new Bluelab pen, I also allow the chlorine to evaporate from my water before watering. I have been growing for a 1 or 2 years now off and on so please take mercy on me.
(I will post pictures when this post gets approved, as they are on my phone.)

Stop giving them Epsom salts.
Stop giving them rock dust. A little rock dust in your potting media when your mixing is all you need.

How much 4-4-4 do you give her in how much water every 4 weeks?
What are you using for water?

I will check back.

Water is town water, I allow the chlorine to evaporate off. 4 4 4 is tbsp per gallon of soil. But I was doing 3 tbsp for a 5 gallon pot, but I increased it to 5 tbsp for the 5 gallon and I did 8 tbsp for the 10. Last feed was on the 22nd I feed one each month.

I just started the rock dust and epson salt on Nov 6th. I was trying it out as I seen a post about it online....it might have been this site.

I was using cal mag before that.
I water until run off, and I only water when the weight of the plant is half of what it is when plant has been fully watered.

Thank you for the information. City water is great. What I am seeing is starting to make sense.
Please take a little time to watch this video. In the end you will have an understanding of what is going on with your plant.

Please give your plant only water for 2 or 3 weeks Nothing else. You have been way over feeding your plant and she is sitting in very hot soil. The truth is that your plants are quite sick with high nitrogen phosphorus and potassium percentages. If you just water for a few weeks just maybe they will survive and you can start feeding an appropriate fertilizer. In the correct proportions.

When you go back to feeding your plant. 4-4-4 is not a great formula for cannabis. Cannabis likes a 3-1-2 formula.
That can be.
3-1-2
12-4-8
6-2-4
9-3-6
Then the percentages of magnesium and phosphorus may fall in line. Right now both are off the scale high.
Calculate your new fertilizer to be around 150ppm N

I do see the calcium deficiency.
But I believe you have enough calcium on board. It's being locked out buy very high phosphorus and potassium levels.
Hope you manage to save your plants. Ron

Thanks for the info, They are starting to come around more. I will look into getting some 3-1-2 formula for my next grow. What do you like to use?
