I am a first time grower, long time smoker, I am using this light in a 5x5 tent, and am having trouble knowing what my setting should be, there are 10 different settings on the light. My babies germinated on 1/12 and I just topped the majority of them as they had hit their 6th node, appears I have one runt, and one that is growing slower but not tiny, those two are not topped yet. The plants are very short and bushy, they have not stretched to the light, which I believe is good, is it?. What setting should this light be at for the veg stage?

My media is coco, with 30% perlite, and my water schedule is every 12 hours, until I get about 20% runoff, usually takes 45 seconds of watering with the halo system I set up.

From what I have read, it should be on high for the flower stage, but I can't find any info on the veg stage, I didn't get a stretch to the light whatsoever, I have it about 30 inches away at roughly 50% power currently.

Is there anything I should be doing different?

Ramp it up to 55% and see if any of the leaf edges start turning upward. If they do, take it back down. Slowly ramp it up this way.

I have the same light, its amazing. It is good to down load a free ppfd light meter to your phone. They are not exact but will certainly get you in the ballpark. I like a meter that converts to dli. Daily light interval. If you are running the light for 20 hours the intensity can be less then if you are running 16hours. i a;so with the above statement , turning up the light slowly till it starts to affect them negatively

Thank you guys, I have 2 plants with the edges just barely curling up, so I am leaving it at 50% but going to raise it up just a little bit, after topping they seem to really be taking off.
