A pyrethrum root soak would do the trick, killing both the springtails and the ants. Only problem is that is would kill any other beneficial insects in there too.
Tanglefoot. Smear it in the legs of the stands. Ants can't cross it. No ants can if it's thick enough. Also cinnamon works. All around the perimeter of everything. Only two things that keep ants out of beehives.
