How close to harvest?

Hey everyone! First time grower here, looking for a little info...
My grow: 3 strawberry kush in CocoLoco. 3x3 tent, 600W LED. Using FF trio, approaching the last 2 weeks of feeding in flowering....
My questions: Is there any chance that a plant (although the same seeds) may show signs of maturing faster? 1 of my 3 seems to be getting orange hairs MUCH quicker than the other 2, and seems to be ripening quicker overall... I posted a pic of the trichomes from the one in question, what do my fellow professionals think in terms of this one being close to cut down?

Also Cubbies, a couple weeks would make sense in terms of the feeding schedule, it just seems to be getting there faster than the other 2. Probably just "new-grower" worries.
