How close to put this CFL

Got this new CFL 130 watt i think it is. How close are they supposed to be to the plant ?

It's hard to burn plants with cfl light. It is pretty mild, but grows great plants. What you've got going on looks ok.

how do my seedlings look ?

does anyone know why the one on the left would be twisting ? all my seedlings always do it . i was thinking the light may have been too close so i have raised it up a bit

RH %29 low - %80 high

temp 16c low - 24high Celsius

Yeah. I like the way it makes my plants develop early on. Just tall enough. Still bushy. I don't use it for very long.

29% RH is too low and 80% is too high. Are you experiencing this swing daily? What is it during lights on?

when lights are on it RH sits around %60-65 . Yeah its cold in australia - if i zip the tent up it gets warmer but i was starting to think because no fresh air that was the cause of the twisting.
