How do i fix weak stem

the stems are starting to lean a tiny bit, do they get stronger by leaning ?, Is there organic supplements for stem growth? My fan is weak so thats not gonna make a difference,

Silica helps with weak stems.

Horsetail has lots of silica, i make my own extract from it and spray it (diluted) on the whole plant, and also give a bit with watering.
Seems to help prevent fungus as well.

True, if there is not enough light, they will go looking for it and grow exaggeratedly tall and flimsy, and in the end some just collapse.

Keep the light low slowly raise it
