I’m a newbie to growing, but 40+ years enjoyer.

Do my plants look ok? Do they look normal? I’m not sure what “normal” is supposed to look like.

Ty!

It appears stunted. What soil ? How often and how much do you water? Have you introduced any nutrients Yet?
I used Fox Farm Ocean Forest. I water every other day, about a shot glass worth. I just started the Fox Farm Liquid Plant Food Big Bloom. 2x per week

Ty. What is FF? Sorry nube
FF = fox farms. Yes happy frog is more forgiving for little ones then ocean forest. I would back off on the nutes entirely for now until they start showing signs of deficiency, which shouldn't be for a while. Ocean forest will carry those for weeks without adding anything. Get your watering and environment dialed in. How big are those containers?

Environment is 40-45% humidity, 70-75 degrees. Lighting is 18 on / 6 off and 15” above plants.

Planters are 10” diameter. Just transplanted them today as roots were coming of solo cup

Looking good man, just ride em out they'll be fine 👍

ocean forest is an enriched soil you shouldn't need to feed any nutrients high in npk for 4-5 weeks if you had a vigorous and healthy growth but as some others have said your plant seem stunt on start up.

water and moist the whole medium at least once after transplanting , the roots won't grow and thrive in dry medium and they grow and expand faster than you might think. then you can water with smaller amount for a few weeks until the plant grow big enough.

to give you an order of comparison this is what my plants look like 4 weeks after germinating the seeds:

i m also growing in an enriched soil and i m waiting another week or two before starting feeding any nutrient high in npk.

so at this point they only got tap water once very 7 days or so.

I'd go way up on the humidity. I always do 70-80F and 70ish humidity. Seedlings want a lot more humidity than veg/flower. Mine always turn out great with those settings. Even if not that high, I think you want to go up still.

plant don't give a damn about rh to get a healthy and vigorous growth in veg ... mine grow exaclty the same with 20%rh or 70%rh ... there are many factors that have a much more signifiant impact on plant growth than rh ... rh is about optimisation not about critical factor when it come to get a vigorous and healthy growth ....

It matters nutrient wise. VPD is important for all plants and super important for weed because you want as best a grow you can get.
