No they needed water they look fine today after some rain last night...the big 1 in the corner is a lemon grape by kids seeds and they sum double Dutch ovens, oxy-88gb , orange rock candy, Pakistan dream ,

If it’s wood chips I would remove it can cause N draw down for the plants . Od .
