How far from the light they need to be

Light is a 600W led thats actually 270 W with only VEG switch ON (blue light), 18 above these, which are 5 days after dropping seed. Not sure how close or far the light should be thanx.
CoCo coir, pH 5.8, Vivosun 600 W led, Temp is 21 C with 40-50 % rh.

I think that's too close for seedlings. I start the light off at the top and then lower it once they need more light. Right now they hardly need any light.
Also, raise the rh to 80+. If you don't have a humidifier then you can either mist the walls, put wet paper towels near the plants or both.
