How high to hang led?

I recently started a grow with the omega infinity 3.0 pro

i have a par meter and the ppfd at the tops is clocking in at about 580 is this ok or should i go lower?

it is just over an arms length away from the plants but the leaves seem to be tacoing slightly at the tops the temp and humidity is spot on

I have read that around 12 inches at 50 percent is good for a 600w led in veg seems like too much to me tho

So my question is do you think this could be light intesity causing the problems and does anybody have any hang height or ppfd suggestions
Im about 2 weeks into veg from rooted cuts not seed

Light should be more like 30" away from canopy at this stage. 60%
Yes they look a little light stressed.
The lower leaves in last picture are nutrient burned, back off the nitrogen as well.
Don't push bud just give them what they need.

Noted thanks i had a salt build up problem i think sorted that with a flush now though.

They are getting an ec of 1-1.1 you think i should go lower

I keep mine mounted as high as possible. I keep it at 40% during veg and gradually increase during flower. I run a luxx 645 led pro in a 5x5 tent with a 4x4 living bed.
