Its fine, just be careful to not water too often or crank the light up too high

No. Not stunted. Maybe too much light. Light level affects how tall a plant grows. I see some spots on the lower leaves that look a bit like calcium deficiency. Might be too frequent watering. The new growth looks healthy.
