How late into a grow can you use neem oil?

I have started to notice signs of what i believe is spider mites on my out door plant...the plant is about 4 weeks from harvest so im not sure if its to late to get neem oil to try...any advice is greatly appreciated

It's much too late your buds will be horrible unsmokable trash only good for hashish

I use a hudson power sprayer and soak them in the morning and evening with water. This keeps them in check and a dip in hydrogen peroxide and water cleans them up nicely
