how long are nutrients in happy frog and ocean forest soil?

I want to start this advanced nutrient grandmaster plan but we used happy frog amd ocean forest soil with nutes in it already so i dont want to burn the plants. So ive been giving them just water for a few days now. You tjink i should give them just water for like 2 weeks or im good to start the plan? Or maybe start the plan at half strength? Anyone been in this situation before?

I always say wait a month before feeding with Ocean forest, the Happy frog isnt quite as hot. You could probably start at 1/4 or 1/2 strength in two weeks.

agreed! regardless of medium always start nutes at less than 1/2 strength. jm2c. ive mixed the two(happy frog and o.f.) before to cool the o.f. down.
