How long did it take your uc to come?

It seems like they are taking forever to send my new uc 8 the shop had to special order it. I cant wait for this thing to come I'm so excited I feel like a little kid on Christmas eve. I am going on week 3 of waiting on this thing to come. Did anybody have to wait longer then a month?

Shipping time from cali to mi using UPS for a uc8 is about a week.

Didn't wait a month but it seemed an eternity, as you, the excitement made everyday feel like 2 or 3, but alas it did arrive, and now in use!!!!

I ordered off ebay and it took almost 2 weeks. That was 2 8 bucket 8 gal systems and a 16 bucket system too.

I own/operate a few hydro shops on the east coast and have drop shipped a few units from the UC guys in Cali to my friends in Cali a few hours away and even then it took over a week. The UC crew dosen't seem to move fast but their dedication to customer support is uncanny and worth the wait. Good luck with your systems!

I agree! Having UCMENOW on this site is so worth the wait, being able to talk him and call UC directly if needed!

They are def. leading by example that you don't see too often these days.

3 weeks?? damn i put mine together from scratch in less time then that for everything to come seperate... looks like there a lil backed up out there in cali... they need to bring some workers out to MI ive been pitching them to everyone i know out here after i made my own.. id be a perfect sales rep

there is a shop that picked them up and will be the major distributor come jan most likely.

I think I am about to start sending out friend requests just so I can have you guys here on standby just incase I need some help somewhere down the line... thanks again guys I will be putting up pics here shortly so you guys can see the masterpiece I am about to lay down... Funny, I've seen Magnum XXXL hoods, Adjustawings, Sentinal Timers/Controllers, Magnetic and Electronic ballasts, fans, filters, etc all back order for weeks on end. Somehow UC's are expected to be unlimited in production potential?.

Trust me guys, the CC crew is kicking ass keeping up with orders coming in....which are plentiful. I've been helping to fill orders the past couple months and can say I've yet to see any order take longer than 7 days from confirmed order to ship so it's hard to read the lag time stories without setting the record straight.

Besides, these systems are offered in over 28 different configurations (unprecedented).....seems like with that many different systems being built out it should be obvious there will be a wait. Maybe not.

Word to the wise, don't order in the last minute and plan ahead.

Daniel said to express his apologies for the lag time involved when you order. Said they're working as we speak to improve their production/shipping facility. Even heard some tough talk about next day shipping by Feb-Mar......I'll believe it when I see it.

UCMENOW - just to clarify I wasnt complaining about the time frame, just stating what they told me when I ordered - I knew ahead of time from when I placed my order it was gonna be a week because of the shit on B/O

was no big because I was able to pick up the system at least a month before the room was available
