What strain is this.. 100% Sativa, they are generally more time n Veg and more time in Flower? There is not much Bud there, how many days was it in Veg ( your first roughly 4 weeks) I consider seedling and Veg start at week 5.
Without looking at the Trichomes under magnification it is hard to tell. 50/50 clear and milky trichomes is generally a Head High, All milky would be more Balanced and about 75% milky/25% amber more Relaxed Body Stone... All Amber... SLEEP/Couch-lock, especially if it is a 100% Indica.
