Hey guys, two questions please:

1) How long do you leave, on average, your plant on a 1 gallon pot before transplanting to your next pot?
2) I see some people growing other plants alongside their girls, why and what plants?

thanks all.

A couple cherry tomato plants.
on average I would say 2-3 weeks before potting up out of a 1g. It really depends on vigor, a balanced diet and a healthy root zone.
👊🏻🤡

Usually you will see the plant using much more water, in a 1 gallon I usually wait until she can drink 1/2 quart in a day. Then I know her root ball has filled the pot up nicely. When first transplanted for me 1/2 quart last 3-4 days and slowly gets faster and faster. 1/2 quart in one day time to transplant. But everyone has there own techniques.

1 gallon.....shit.....I have to keep mine in a solo for size management.....

But I agree with the rest of the answers......

It all boils down to what you have room for.......

Urghhhhhh.........

Maybe I can build an addition next to the other one...........wishful thinking........

🤔
