How long should seedlings stay in a dome

Got my 2 week old seedlings in a dome under t8s temp 81 rh 70 should I let them stay in the dome? Rh outside of dome is 30. Should I take them out and put a fan on them and mist em to raise humidity?they r growing nicely sproating 3rd sets of leaves strain is killing fields and el monstre

Sannie, nice. KF is great. Get the right pheno of the EM and you will be very pleased.

2 weeks is plenty. I move them out of domes about 2 days after they are fully erect. I vent the domes a couple days before completing the transition so they adjust to the new RH levels and other environmental conditions.
