A few days ago I switched to 14hrs light and my plants started the stretch. I guess it depends on strain.

Maybe you meant 11hrs for flower? The night phase would be 13hrs. And yes that does work as long as it is 12 hours of light or less is the standard.

Thats what i like to do in the summer... drop to 11on/13off... you can do 14off too.
