If you have an 8' ceiling, it might be possible to have two layers. You could use the bottom 2' for a mother and clones and the top for production. Growing 2 layers from seed would be tough and less productive.
Im thinking of keeping a clone mother in an Isolated grow chamber and using her babies to populate an entire two tier grow, then the lights are all on the same schedule for the respective plants and grow areas otherwise light proofing multiple levels would be grotesquely complicated and doomed to fail.
I am looking to optimize the grow by using 600W, 1500K 24/0 equivalent with a blue hue during the longer 6 week vegetative growth, and flip to 1400w, 2900K 12/12.
At the same time I will be practicing tying the branching more efficiently to the screen, and dropping it 2" to maximize the number of branches making it into the screen and therefore producing more top cola like buds all around.
