How many days until harvest

hello! I’m on the day 48 of flower. The bud has begin packing up some weight. I can see some yellow pistils on the buds, I wonder how long would they be ready? and if I flush for the last week, Would it reduce my yield?

They are looking pretty close to me. I watch my tricombes, I watch for the majority of them to be milky, not many amber if I can help it.

Get a magnifying glass, or I can take a close up picture with my phone, look back at it and zoom in. Get a good look at your tricombes.
