How many lumens for a sprout/seedling?

In the past most of my seedlings streached to long and I'm trying to avoid it this time. Thought I'd do it differently this time. Using an Android app for lumens how much should I start with so it doesn't stretch?

Try to find a light with 5000K-6500K color temperature. That will help keep internodal spacing short.
