How many nodes is a 1/4 plant?

So my friend has fimed at 4 nods and wants to grow 3 or 4 branches to 6 nodes then flower. Do you think they will get 1/4 pound a plant?

It's hard to tell from the picture, but 4 ounces per plant is certainly possible.
