How many posts before ability to PM?

been here a while, was looking to shoot a pm but it said im not elite enough :(

just curious how many posts it takes to PM

I'm a lurker also. It would be helpful if we didn't have a set number, as that creates post whoreing. Such as I'm doing now ,lol
