Price range 300 bucksAlmoat all Led at 240w will grow great buds. The difference will be the heat, warranty and overall quality and life of the fixture. Probably a good idea to list budget to help ppl suggest a light.
The footprint also needs to be considered for light spread. It does no good to have a light that you can't max out because the middle is burning and the sides get to little. A 2x4 will do best with something designed for that footprint or 2 single lower wattage fixtures IMO.
