How much do you pay your trimmers?

I bought the new "trimpal" machine, I no longer pay trimmers that much. I actually don't need too many anymore, the machine is like the wheel.

Oops. I'm new to all this. I'm trying to figure out why you would factor in the end net profit into the trimmers pay? The trim is super important but there are so many other labor intensive parts to the overall process of cultivating along with all the risks, monetary investments and endless hours of labor. Am I missing something? I do want to be fair and I do like to share, hence my question...

I work for an OLCC grow in Oregon. I get $165 per pound.

We pay 15.00 HR and also provide all the food-Drinks and smoke but don't allow a lot of smoking till end of the day

I pay my one and only helper 1oz for 5.5hrs work. That' how fast we bust out my room. And fuck lazy ass trimmers. You hope they show up, don' stuff colas in their socks (like my last guy), or are fn lazy and slow.
