how much is too much

my feeding recipe was taught to me, now I'm second guessing parts of it. current dealing with a magnesium issue even tho I do have cal mag in my feed. I've read that too much potassium can lock out magnesium. I currently add two bloom boosters in my feeding schedule. I use table spoon of each per 55 gallon. ph 6.2-6.5. I haven't tested my run off yet so still not sure if the lock out is due to ph issues or too much potassium thank you
