How much longer should i wait until harvesting

These ladies been growing longer than my others the hairs on these are brown now on my other plants they still have the white hairs and don't look like buds are compact yet but this one is should I wait or harvest thanks for any suggestions

Strain is white widow
It's in its 8th week now Sunday will be 9 weeks
Haven't looked at them magnified have to get another but from zooming in on phone not fully cloudy color yet...and yea I plan on flushing I've heard to flush for about 2 weeks and thanks I need al the luck I can get with these long growing plants lol
