Hi everyone been.a long time. Well here we are almost harvest my question is. How much longer. Another grower said about 2 weeks. Bit I'm not so sure I'm sending though some pics I'd love some awesome feedback. Thanks.

Two to three, maybe.
There's very little to go on here, except you seem to have lots of white stigmas. Those should mostly be brown/red. At that point, use a magnifier of your choice, that can go up to 15-20X, and see when you start getting amber trichs on the flowers (NOT the leaves).

It isn't useful to defoliate outdoor plants, in my opinion, and certainly not to that degree. You have greatly reduced your yield. Here are my two girls from a few weeks ago, they are two feet taller now. They will each be 3 lbs plus. I'll go through and remove interior branches soon, but I don't worry much about it.
To your main question, when the pistils start turning red, and the calyxes are swelling, you're getting close. You've got two to four weeks to go.
