how much should i feed 5week veg plants? and potassium question

i have a question all farmers. 1st time feeding plants and there 5weeks into veg. i have one that is 32" and has a potassium def. can i make tea out of kelp meal to treat her? and how much should i feed my other plants? 1/4 or 1/2 tsp? no pics right now but there very healthy. and im using flora nova in soil thanks to all

A 32' plant will be over 6' tall @ the end of flowering! I usually feed seed plants after they have 4 sets of leaves. 1/2 strength. Clones as soon as their roots are accustomed to the final transplant. I build up to full strength over the course of several feedings. Cuts that veg time down if they have plenty of Nitrogen.

How about feeding the deficient plant with a high potassium fertilizer?
