i could venture a guess and say 20 -30 grms per plant. if ya dont get half a gram per watt min. your doin somethin wrong.

with it good reflection, (diamond mylar) and with correct reflector is better yields for you than 20 gramms. if pot size is good may be 10 liter or more over 1 oz or more is obtainable .... if maybe use light rail then is more better still...my 1 friend in poland is use 3 x 250 watt hps... this only 150 more watts use but he is spread even the light across bigger area! this is make more yield also 1 250 in the middle is use m/h bulb all is grow good in 5 liter pots with than 1.5 oz per plant as regular basis! is not how much but how you use it!

altho more is odviously better for yields but if not cash crops then is good to go for you :)

some folx can pull 2 grms per wat its all about experience.half a gram is a bare minimum for noobs.

Best I ever did in an open system under a 600 with hydro was a hair under 1 lb per.
