That's a lot of bud sites :-).

Have you considered some low stress training and spreading things out with some yarn and tape ? Very nice like she is.

She's in dwc and I haven't figured out how to with having to change the water

I did dwc for my first run and worked through the problem with 2 different strategies.
First was an extraction system using a sump pump and an extra fitting on the bucket. Reverse to load.
Second was a panel I fabricated on pulleys to lift only the netpot. As soon as the roots cleared the pot I could swap a bucket and load with water in a few minutes then clean bucket for next time.
