Roots are getting dark the pass few days. Do theses look okay to you? Or is it early signs of root rot? They are not slimy or anything just a little darkish and some parts of the root have a brown build up.

PPM are both at 575-600
pH is at 5.8
Temp is at 65
Just changed the water and nutritions last night

I would drop the nutrients back to between 400-500ppm, they still look to small in my opinion to need more. Other than that looks like they are coming along nicely.

Can you take root pics in natural light? It may just be staining. I agree with @FourthCity .

Yeah I cleaned the roots by hand with warm water and it cleared all the build up. I’ll change the PPM.

Never use warm or cold water can shock and stress the plants. Not a huge deal but good practice to use tepid water.

I have 2 plants theses are only coming from 1 plant. The only one has no signs or anything discolored. Could it be light burn or a combination of nutrition burn? Hopefully this could be treated...

Those leaves are laying on the pail and get no airflow. Just remove them and get some airflow.

I'm 2 weeks in and I will be doing the same here shortly. As they get bigger and droop down that happens. More so with indica learners.

I topped this plant on the 8th. When’s a good time to top again? It looks like I can top it again but I don’t wanna stress the plant and it looks like it might over crowd maybe?

I dont think you are at risk of overcrowding, when they get older you can tie strings from the colas to the crossbars at the top of the tent to help spread them out too. If it was me I wouldn't top it again, with those lights especially you will probably get a better yield having more small, shorter colas as opposed to fewer taller, larger colas. You can bend them down like Brotofsky said and tie them off to the net pot lid.

I'd remove the big fan leaf blocking up the center of the plant in pic 1. Are you running a sterile rez? The patches on the leaves are from your roots, PH or like you said, maybe the onset of root rot.

So when is a good time to start transitioning into flowing stage? They are both at 9inches long. And when’s a good time to flush?

Depends on how big you want the plant to end up, expect it to grow anywhere from two to four times its height during flower. For example if you switch now, your plant will likely get between 18 and 36 inches tall.

What should the ppm and the water level at during the flowering phase? I seen ppm from 600 all the way to 900. Do I keep the water level same?

Give the plants as much as they want by checking the ppm of the res before and after every feeding. If the res ppm rises higher than it was after the last feeding it means the plant wants less nutes, if the ppm drops lower then it was after the last feeding then the plant wants more. Water level should stay the same, about one inch under the netpot. I try not to let mine drop more than 3 inches before feeding but sometimes this can happen unbelievably fast, its not the end of the world when it drops more, just adjust you watering schedule accordingly. Keep in mind that its not just the plant drinking more that causes this but as the roots grow they displace water, effectively reducing the capacity of the reservoir.

If the pH goes down, they are thirsty. If the pH goes up, they are hungry. Top up with either slightly stronger nutes or water. If the pH is correct, you can just top off with fresh nute solution and never change your res. I've done quite a few DWC grows without using pH up or down and never changed the reservoir.

First day of transitioning into flowering
First time major trimming. Mainly cutting the big fan leaves and some the ones closes to the main stem.
How did I do? Should I trim a bit more? Did I trim too much? Any criticism is helpful.
