How shall I mix my soils and amendments? Anything else I need?

I've got 1.5 cu ft of Fox Farm Ocean Forest, 2 cu ft of Fox Farm Happy Frog, 1 bag of Wiggle Worm Earthworm Castings, 24 qt of perlite, Mykos mycorrhizal inoculant, 1 box of Down To Earth bat guano, and Gaia Green All Purpose and Flower Bloom. I'm wondering the ratios of which to mix these things together, or if I should do a layering strategy (bottom is OF, top is HF). I've also got plenty of compost actively curing right now. in 5 gallon of medium, I would use the Gaia green at the recommended rate at the ratio of 50%grow and 50% bloom at week 0 of flower. At week 3 use 75% bloom and 25% grow. At week 6 use bloom 100%. Use bat guano as directed. I use 4 x the amount of earth worm castings as I do the organic dry amendments. Aim to water where soil does not dry out and you have little to no run off.
